A set of 24 graduation toppers which includes 12 hats and 12 certificate rolls. Put this on any cupcake and you have a customized celebration.
The tassels will not be glued on hats to prevent shipping damages, we will send glue and instructions with the package. This is a very simple process which does not required any special skills.
-All toppers are made to order, and take 3-5 days to complete before we ship.
